SUMMARY:Facility Management Section Meeting (Hybrid)
DESCRIPTION:Join the Facility Management Section at the Cantril School Building in Castle Rock\, or virtually through Zoom\, for an engaging and collaborative discussion focused on insurance-based memberships and recreation management software systems. This meeting will explore how agencies are structuring and managing insurance-based memberships within their operations\, including setup\, tracking\, and participation challenges. Participants will also take part in a roundtable conversation comparing recreation software platforms such as Amilia\, RecTrac\, ActiveNet\, and others. Share insights\, ask questions\, and learn how different systems are being utilized to support memberships\, registrations\, reporting\, and overall facility operations. Dan Wahl\, Recreation Facilities Operations Senior Supervisor for the Town of Castle Rock\, will also provide an update on their new facility currently under development\, sharing insights and progress from the project. The meeting will conclude with a facility tour of the Castle Rock Community Recreation Center\, offering attendees an opportunity to see the space firsthand and continue conversations in a real-world setting. This is a great opportunity to exchange ideas\, discover best practices\, and connect with peers across agencies facing similar challenges and opportunities. Access to the Cantril School Building: Parking is behind (East) the building off Lewis street. If the lot is full\, there is plenty of street parking around the building. Guest can enter via the main door (marked) off of the parking lots.Zoom Details:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82061844825?pwd=kcbOg3792B0f6AeifrNLLaFCosab8L.1Meeting ID: 820 6184 4825Passcode: FM26One tap mobile+17193594580
